slide on the Ferrule
insert into amplifier and tighten set screw (not overly tight)
No crimpers needed (you can if you wish)
The amp set screw will compress and make a dimple into the ferrule that is easy to put in the same spot when you remove and put back in.
No more messy wire strands! A must have for a clean install!
 
NOTE:  The color insulators on these Ferrules are made to fit standard thickness wire sheathing. Some brands of wire have super thick sheathing (insulation) so then it may not slide over. So you can either remove the colored plastic or cut a slit in it to allow it to open more.
