The HFV Audio LOC-1 also includes a signal-sensing remote turn-on wire for your amplifier. Simply provide the LOC-1 with any 12V power source—it does not have to be a keyed ignition source. When the converter detects an audio signal from the speaker inputs, it automatically activates the remote output to power on your amplifier. If your system does not require a remote turn-on output, you can simply leave these wires unconnected and use only the speaker-level input wiring.
