HFV Audio EZ Port subwoofer box round Aero port flares for PVC pipe
 
We had a ton of guys ask us to make these because it's cheaper and easier to just go to the hardware store and buy port pipe when you need it, rather than having to use expensive brand name specific tube that most of the time only comes in 12" length and is also very expensive.
 
These round Aero port end flares fit the 4" Schedule 40 PVC pipe or 6" black sewer-drain pipe that you can typically find at your local Lowes or Home Depot stores for a very low price.  The edge is not as deep as a conventional Aero port but it has a rounded edge to help prevent port noise.
 
Comes with the front port flare that screws to box and the rear port flare to go on the back of the port. So each port flare set has 2 pieces enough for one port.
 
For 6" port deduct 1.75" from the overall port length when cutting your pipe.  (The port flares add 1.75" to effective port length) .So if you calculate your port length is 12" then cut your pipe to 10.25".
 
For the 4" port deduct 1.5" from the overall port length when cutting your pipe. (The port flare adds 1.5" effective port length). So if you calculate your port length is 12" then cut your pipe to 10.5".
 
Color is white.
 
You should support the port tube in the box so the port is not floating. This will prevent the port flare from having to hold all the weight of the long port.
