Limited Warranty - 1 year parts & labor
Warranty covers manufacturers defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to a manufacturing defect or malfunction, we will repair the product at no charge.
Damage caused by the following is not covered under warranty: accidental damages, misuse, abuse, product modification, neglect or unauthorized repair attempts. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Cosmetic damage due to accident or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Any applicable implied warranties are limited in duration to the period of 1 year beginning with the date of purchase. No warranties shall apply to this product thereafter.
Our products use multiple tamper evident warranty seals. If any of the seals are broken or the unit has been disassembled, any and all warranty will automatically be void.
If you need service on your product, contact us at hifivector@gmail.com. All warranty returns should be sent in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase (a copy of the original sales receipt). Non-defective items received will be returned COD. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance when sending in the product. Shipping damage on returns is not covered under warranty, USE ORIGINAL PACKAGING and packing material to insure it arrives safely.
In the event your product needs service and it is not covered under warranty don't worry, we offer very reasonable repair fees.
